A New Jersey man was arrested for drunk driving on October 9 at 1:22 a.m.
State Police responded to a vehicle parked on Business Route 30 near Stein Rd. After contacting the driver, police say they noticed a strong smell of alcohol on the driver, David Sutton, 29, of Monmouth Junction, NJ Field sobriety tests indicated impaired driving, and Sutton was taken into custody, according to police reports.
Two men were charged in a road rage incident at 10.07am on October 9.
State police investigating the incident at the intersection of Interstate 70 East and Lighthouse Road charged Felix Reffo, 69, of Donegal and Durand Champney, 72, of Leetonia, Ohio, with disorderly conduct.
